PRODUCTION.

Our bedding is manufactured in the heart of Europe – Germany. Here, our factory produces durable, top-quality pillows and duvets. Through regional production, we significantly reduce emissions, secure jobs in the region, and guarantee controlled quality throughout all production steps.

 

The exceptional precision and accuracy in the processing of the materials we use speak for themselves. All processing steps are under our control and subject to meticulous inspection. Our factory sews, washes, and fills everything itself—all from a single source. This gives us complete control, ensuring we can offer you bedding of the highest quality. Please note that the production of your order takes approximately 12 to 18 business days. We do not carry any stock or pre-made bedding.

PAYMENT.

As an owner-managed company, balanced capacity utilization and a sensible value chain are particularly important to us. We only manufacture what is ordered. The order is only passed on to production after receipt of the down payment.

  • Payment upon receipt of goods (payment deadline: 7 days after receipt of goods)

  • Deposit for orders over €1,000.00 (amount to be agreed upon)

  • Individual payment terms possible (installment payments or financing on request)

SHIPMENT.

We offer convenient delivery directly from the factory to your home or business. This allows us to offer you particularly favorable terms. We are highly trained in international shipping and will find the ideal shipping solution for you.

RETURN.

We are available to assist you with returns at any time. Your request is our top priority and will be handled with the utmost care. Please note that we can only accept and process returns after prior notification.

 

Important note: Please return your return in the original box, if possible. Please ensure that our bedding is not vacuum-packed, crushed, or rolled. This will permanently damage the quality of the pillows and duvets, and they cannot be processed or sold as second-hand.
